Warranty and after-sales service

NV stations are guaranteed for two years from the date of delivery, parts and labour included, against any manufacturing or material defect. A replaced product carries the remaining warranty of the original one.

Extended warranty. A third year can be taken out at the time of ordering, as a paid option. Contact us for the price.

How it works

One. You describe the fault to us, with the error code shown on the screen if there is one. Some incidents are resolved remotely.

Two. If the repair can be done on site, we ship the part and the procedure.

Three. If it cannot, the faulty product is returned to us and replaced.

What the warranty does not cover

• Normal wear, including the gradual loss of battery capacity inherent to lithium iron phosphate technology
• Use not in accordance with the user manual, dismantling, modification or repair by an unauthorised third party
• Damage resulting from impact, a fall, immersion, excessive heat, fire, a mains surge or lightning
• Connection of equipment whose electrical characteristics exceed those of the product, or of solar panels whose voltage exceeds the stated input limit
• A station left for six months or more without any charge or discharge cycle
• Consumables, cables, connectors and everyday accessories

Care

A station stored for a long time must be charged to about 60% and switched off. For extended storage, carry out a full cycle, discharge then charge, every three months.
