Industrial maintenance and bolting
Hydraulic pumps, battery tools, bolting: the station replaces the generator set.

The need, the answer
Controlled bolting crews work far from any socket: wind turbines under construction, pipelines, refineries outside classified zones, pylons. Today, a small generator set powers a 1.5 kW hydraulic pump that only works two hours out of eight.
A single-phase 230 V electric pump (1.5 kW, 7 A) runs on the NV-P36, NV-W36 and NV-W50: about 3 h of actual tightening on the 3 kWh models, 5 h on the NV-W50, i.e. a full day of bolting.
Battery tools (36 V packs) recharge from any model: an NV-C24 recharges around a dozen packs, an NV-W50 nearly thirty. At height, the tools go up; the station stays at the bottom and recharges them.
Limits: no three-phase, and a pneumatic pump requires a compressor, which must be sized separately.
Recommended models

NV-W50
Hydraulic pump, full day
The big one. 5,040 Wh, 5,000 W, expandable to 35.3 kWh: several days off-grid.

NV-W36
≈ 3 h of actual bolting, i.e. a full shift
The wheeled one. 3,600 W, 32 A socket, built-in RCD: it stays on site.

NV-C24
Recharging tool packs
The compact one. Site office, IT backup, mobile crew.

1.5 kW hydraulic pump at 60% average load (900 W): 2 h 54 on an NV-W36, 4 h 46 on an NV-W50.
Runtimes calculated on 85% of rated capacity.
