When the grid goes down, nothing stops.
The need, the answer
An NV-C24, NV-W36 or NV-W50 connected between the grid and the equipment works as a UPS: while the grid is present, it supplies the load and the battery stays full; during a power cut, the station switches over in under 20 ms. Computers, server, cameras, access control and medical refrigeration notice nothing.
For a flood, a long outage or a crisis command post, the NV-W50 starts a sump pump and runs it for several hours; NV-B5 batteries extend the runtime as far as needed.
With no fuel to store, the station is always ready: just leave it plugged in.
