Mines and quarries
Dust, distance, no grid: power that follows the crew.

The need, the answer
On a mine site, the grid stops at the main substation. At the working face, in the tunnel, at the survey point, it is the generator set that supplies power, with its noise, the diesel that has to be carried in and the exhaust fumes right where nobody wants to breathe them.
The NV-W50 replaces that generator set: IP54 chassis, IP67 sockets, all-terrain wheels, 5,000 W continuous. The NV-P36 goes with survey and inspection crews in its closed case.
In a tunnel or a confined space, a lithium station is accepted where a combustion engine is prohibited.
Worked example
Survey station: total station, PC and radio (300 W), giving 8 h 42 on an NV-P36 and 14 h 17 on an NV-W50.
Runtimes calculated on 85% of rated capacity.
